New R-Pod Owner

   We jumped into the game with an 8 year old RP-190.  We have been looking to try RV camping and wanted to get in without breaking the bank, so we decided used was the best option.
We have been scanning FB Marketplace for over year and decided it was an R-Pod or bust because we like the size, layouts and especially the weight!.  So after much patience, we finally found one in our price range and now its sitting outside our house.

All the major systems work. But had to fix an air leak near the water pump (thanks to this forum, I was able to find the problem)
Issues that i am still working through are the black tank reading 3/4 full when empty, from what i understand, i need to spray it down.  I did treat it and the gray tank and sanitized the fresh water tank.

Also had to lift the sagging floor on the slide out side. Some one had put in braces, but they were too short and didnt do anything, so i put in 7  larger ones and it raised it up about 1/2 inch.  Still sags by about 1/4 inch, but whatever, the slide works better now.

We are heading out on our first adventure this weekend. Staying close to home just to feel safe and get a handle on all the details before we take off on a long trip and wish we didnt : ).

Anyway, thats about it and thanks to everyone here for all the advice, i have been scouring thsi forum for a few answers and fixes.
