It's a big, big job. You need to detach the chassis from the frame to expose the floor. Best done at the factory, or at a very capable dealer. It will be expensive.

Any helpful videos out there showing how to replace the sub flooring in an RP 180? I have many rotten spots and was not sure how to tackle the repair.
