I would also bolt that flange to the frame. I would not trust just two bolts through the floor.

+gpokluda / I caught mine before the bolt pulled through the flooring.  I have a 2019 and they used elevator bolts through the flooring.  Those have really flat heads and the heads are maybe 1" in diameter.  I installed really block of hard plastic instead of the flooring where the bolt goes through the flooring. On both sides which spreads out the load.  Also where the steps attach to the frame they used self tapping metal bolts.  I replaced the original ones with larger diameter self tapping metal bolts.  Seems to be holding. Hope this helps.

Wow. Looks to me you have a couple of options. The best, most costly and inconvenient is to take it to a welding shop and have the steps welded to the frame. The easiest would be to through bolt it from the inside of the camper. You would have an exposed bolt head but since it is so close to the door, it shouldn't be too big a deal. Just use some sealant on the bolt to seal the intrusion and use some sort of back plate like a fender washer on the inside.

Just an observation, that bolt looks rusted all the way to the head. Wondering if you had some water intrusion that weakened the floor decking.

Model 190.  The steps have pulled loose from the attachment point.  I am surprised that only one bolt holds the step bracket and it was attached to the flooring, not the frame.  The bolt has a small square head and it has pulled through the flooring.  The step bracket has a flange that goes under the square tubing frame, but there is no bolt there on either left or right side bracket.  Any suggestions on reattaching the steps?
