Wall paper bubbling

   I have a 2022 model 192 that is stored outside with a cover during off season. This summer, during very hot weather I noticed that the drivers side of the trailer, the one facing towards the sun, started to show wall paper bubbling/separation. I attempted to heat the area with a hair dryer and used a plastic credit card to smooth and attempt to reseal the paper. It worked fine for a day then resorted to the separation again. 
Next spring I would like to slit the bubbles and inject glue/adhesive behind the bubbles with a syringe. 

Can anyone recommend a clear adhesive that has some working time to it. Or a better method to fix this problem?
