Update. I have high regard for the Bish dealer network (they are a Forest River dealer), so I called their RV Fix line. The local Bish dealer isn't setup to do frame repairs so they recommended a welder with RV experience local to where I am camping near Kalispell, MT. So I contacted Pierce Manufacturing. They were able to get me in on very short notice, and welded gusset plates on both sides of the crack, and proactively put a plate on the opposite frame member to head off a future crack on the other side. The did this all in one day with no interruption to our camping. The floor again meets up with the walls.

If you ever notice a gap appearing in the bottom trim at the back of your RPod walls, check for frame cracks behind the axles. If cracked and you are close to Kalispell reach out to Pierce Manufacturing!

Hello All,
We are on the road and discovered that the frame behind the driver side rear axle is cracked along the bottom circumference and and due to frame deflection is causing the floor at the back drivers side to separate from the walls.

Since it's a Lippert frame I started by contacting them, but because this is a custom rectangular tube frame rather than their standard I beam frame Lippert says I need to contact a Forest River, and apparently the only way to do that is through a dealer.

Has anyone dealt with this issue?
