$106 isn't too bad, all things considered. It is much less than a new AC unit. Just talked to the Dometic rep. Evidently the controlboard must be replaced...and the analog thermostat replaced with a new digital model.Thought perhaps the relay was available separately. Our 2010 Pod has developed an issue with the A/C unit. The Dometic A/C compressor will not shut off until the circuit breaker is flipped. It runs even if the analog-type control is in the Off position or the thermostat is moved to 90 degrees. The fan DOES respond to the thermostat and controlsand will shut off, but the compressor keeps running. I might guess it is a defective thermostat/control unit?
