If you have a Tractor Supply near you the sell a very adaptable frame mount spare tire carrier that is adjustable to both the frame and the bolt pattern. PS - Be sure to check your bolt spacing and confirm which product will work. We don't have the same model as you, but our spare tire is mounted on the front A frame next to the propane tank. We took the regular rear mount and had a welder cut off the bottom trailer hitch shank and weld it to the A frame.  He had to move the propane tank forward a couple of inches for the tire to fit.  I think we paid the welder $35.
