I wish I could help on this. Rarely use it and never verified the accuracy of the unit. Look for user CFWARREN here in this site. He posted the manual for the oven. Second question. Is there anyway to calibrate my High Pointe microwave/convection oven?

What I set it at and actual temp is nowhere close.
