I agree with the "will just add them where they want" part. I can't imagine that Forest River would sprinkle them throughout in the hopes that they get them in the places people would actually want them.

BTW to answer the "why"?.. most RVers, including podders, NEVER camp without hookups. The percentage of RVers who boondock on purpose is less then 1%. Probably for a couple of reasons. One is $. The other is where to place it/them. Where I need  12V outlets may differ from other people's needs.
