I'm a big etrailer fan, and when etrailer does not sell it I am leery of the product. etrailer takes time to research, post install videos and have a very competent tech staff. E trailer is solid!  I was torn as to which trailer brake control to get and called them.  They were very familiar with both my truck and the R pod.  They turned me in the right direction with trailer brake and wiring kit.  Not only that, they referred me to several videos which made my decision/installation easier. 

They didn't try to up sell me or anything, I feel I truly got the right set up for what I do.  I got the Tekonsha P3 prodigy with the wiring kit.  I pull multiple trailers, and this kit fit my needs perfectly.

It works very well with the R pod 179.

Etrailer.com is a great resource for us. They have parts that are hard to find elsewhere. They also have good video reviews of the products. They are competitive on prices. If that were not enough, they also have their "Lowest Price Pledge" which means that if you find the same product elsewhere at a lower price, they will not only match it, but will go above and beyond with a 110% credit for the difference. This is based on the delivered price. For example, if an item is $299 on the etrailer.com site and the same product is listed for $249 on another site but that site has a $25 shipping charge, then the difference between the $299 etrailer price and the other site's $274 price would be $25. 110% of that would be $27.50, so that is what would be refunded.

There was a little bit of a delay, and I did write a reminder note. However, they do honor their "Lowest Price Pledge." I have ordered several items from etrailer.com. I plan on continuing to order from them. They carry great products, and their customer service is exemplary.
