Funny how we don't mind sleeping on the ground and roughing it when we first get married and enjoy just getting away from it all.  Older age sets in quickly and now it feels pretty nice to get off that ground and have a few amenities that were never even on the radar in our younger years.  We started off with a pup tent, big enough to squeeze 2 sardines in a can.  Kids came and we jumped up to a pop-up for the next 29 years.  January 2011 came and we ordered a 177, wow, feel like a king and queen, no more wet canvas and setting up, tearing down in rain, sleet, and snow.  Enjoy your 179 and be prepared to give tours, we have given many over the years, still have a lot of curious campers who wish to see the inside of this unit.

I'm not sure if this is the right location or right way to post, sorry if I posted wrong.

I'm excited to announce my wife and I will be Poders on January 27th. We can't wait!
It's been a long time coming and we finally did it. To be honest it was a close call with the Winnebago version but we found the Pod to have so many little details we liked. We purchased a 2017,179. What a great floor plan with tons of inside storage.
We are from Monument Colorado and are already setting up trips. We look forward to getting to know others on here, get help with problems, and ideas. We aren't new to camping and have been tent camping but decided after getting older it's time to have some luxuries and amenities. This will be our first trailer and I look forward to using it.
