Love deep-fried turkey and chicken (beer can chicken on the grill, too). I'll be doing a chicken on Saturday, had deep-fried turkey on Thanksgiving.

There are two commercial campgrounds south of OC - Frontier Town and Castaways. There is another one 10-15 minutes inland but I can't think of the name of it and have never stayed there. We have only driven through Frontier Town and that was years ago, it seemed ok.

Castaways was our annual summer getaway (before we started our US tours), first when it was a backwoods dive and then for a few years after it was sold and rebuilt as a 5-star resort. Oh wait, it was a turkey, not a skeeter. Tasted like chicken, though!

I tried to get it to talk before lowering in vat.
