bandleader:  i know exactly what your talking about.  mine does the same thing(rubber seal by the slide mechanism on bottom).  when i initially fixed it, i took the vertical seal(just one side) off as well as too get the bottom one slid on(then slid the vertical one back on).  I think it only stayed on 1 time!! now i just try to snap it back on manually as best i can each time and haven't had any issues(it is a drag though).  note that when you take those seals off i recall there is a screw on each end to hold it in place. i also think i did a little re-caulking.  hope this helps.  hogone    GO PACK]]> Wed, 23 Nov 2016 06:38:15 +0000 http://www.rpod-owners.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=9052&PID=85174#85174 http://www.rpod-owners.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=9052&PID=85156#85156 Author: Band Leader

It's the round seal. are you talking about the 3" flat seal or the 1: round seal.  Round seal  is easy to replace just get a new one ( I think you can buy it on amazon) it just slides in

I've had the bottom flange, rubber seal to come loose in the center of my RP178 2016 slide. I cant figure out how to get it back into the track. If I could pull it out from one end then slide it back in it might work, but the vertical flange tracks come down so far that it can't be slid out.
