THANKS!! I didn't realize that when I renewed that ad on Jan 21st, it changed the web address too. I edited the original flea market ad so the link works.

Thanks for looking, it's gone. I'll pop in from time to time to see all the interesting mods. They apply to all campers..

Selling my 2013 R-Pod 177. It has been a great little camper for 3 day mountain biking weekends, but now I'm going to get a much larger toy hauler so it's time to say farewell.
4-6 weekend trips a year since September 2012. 

2013 R-Pod 177 Includes everything that came with the camper. Nothing missing. Even have original Pod bed sheets (not used).
This came with all the options and I installed the OE lift kit a couple months after getting it.
Has an R-Dome (NEVER USED), 13.5K A/C, 18K furnace, 30/30/30 tanks. DSI 6 gallon Hot Water Heater. 3 power way fridge.

Essentially everything that came with an R-Pod, this has. BUT there have been some improvements including recently.

Has a NEW electric tongue jack, works great even though I haven't been on a camping trip with it yet!!
Has a friction sway ball plate installed on the frame, I will include the hitch attachment plate as well.
Has 2 batteries (12 volt RV/Marine) and I have installed a 4 way battery switch (OFF-Batt 1-Batt 2- Batt 1+2  parallel). Batteries are in good condition, 100 amp load test is good, and they charge.
BAL leveler included!! It won't work on my new camper (dual axle)
Rear side windows have real pull shades. Mattress has memory foam topper (this year)
Long mirror in bathroom door. Liquid soap and shampoo dispenser. Upgraded shower head.
Convection microwave is like new, and used ONCE in 4 years.
COBRA 400 watt inverter installed under dinette with 5 volt USB port for charging cell phone.
LED lighting in ALL interior lights and front lamp. Low power draw.
Has brand new in box camper cover, never used (too lazy to do alone!!)

Everything works!! Nothing broken or failing.
$12,000 ??  If you see this on the forum and say so, I can go lower.
