Look on Amazon for Dual propane cylinder rack. Bolt it down or just use a couple of self tapping screws.

I just bought a 2 tank holder at my local RV shop, for about $20, an auto switch over regulator for about $50, and a second pig tail for about $15. Cut the old holder off with a side grinder, bolted the new base on.
