I see alot of tow concerns talked about here. I am going to pull my 172 with my 2014 subaru outback. it is rated to tow 2700 pounds. I towed a 1500 pound pop up with my crosstrek, that is rated at 1500 pounds, with cargo, i was close to 1800, never an issue. when i went to lake george new york, i had a few hills i couldnt get above 45 mph, but i was on back roads. The 172 is 2120 pounds, and the outback is more powerful. i anticipate no issues, but, if there is, i'll get what i need to pull it.]]>
