Great looking cake!!  Whoever made it did a fantastic job.  40 years is special for us as well, our 40th anniversary was last month.  We have tented, and camped for only 39 years, so we have some 'catching up' to do.  We also have immensely enjoyed our 177 for the past 6 years, pray to have many more great times camping.  Hopefully Carla will enjoy this special cake.  Don't drop it !!!!! Leo, thank you. Her birthday was Feb 5th. I'm a little slow in doing this. The cake was huge and made for me by an old high school gal pal of mine. The cake must have weighed 10 to 15 pounds! We purchased a 177 about 2+ years ago and we love it. The tip-out makes it quite roomy and we have learned to bring just what we need, making repacking so much easier come time to clean up and head back home. I don't know if I am using the right forum but here goes... my wife had a birthday recently so I decided to have a special cake made for herm 65th birthday. Don't let her know I told you her age. I'll be in the doghouse if you do. She loves carrot cake so this is what I decided to give her for her birthday. Let me know what you think of it... Dennis, an avid R-Poder
