Nice to see that three of my mods have been incorporated into the newer models.I installed a window in the door, an electric jack, and a hard-shell propane tank cover. I've done many more, but those three are visible in the picture. Smile

We LOVE It!   
We will be pulling it with a black crew cab truck, black bumpers, black wheels.   So if you see what looks like Darth Vader's truck pulling a baby blue R-Pod, that will be us.

We had the 179 for a few weeks and the 'new feeling' hasn't faded yet! Kids love it. Adults love it. Could'nt be better!

Welcome, I too have a 179 that I have had a little over two months. Two trips so far and two more planned before the end of season. We have no complaints. Congratulations and Welcome! We got ours in December 2015. We have really enjoyed it. The 179 is a nice layout, and I have done a number of mods that make it even more ours. My wife and I just ordered an R 179 that we expect in late October or early November.  We both have some camping experience but this will be our first real camper.  Just wanted to say hello and to thank everyone for the info I have gleaned from this forum already.  We live in SW Ohio but plan to do some winter camping in South Georgia and summer camping in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota so you might see us on the road enjoying our retirement.
