Yes, I believe it was primarily a gap in the caulking around the outside plumbing pipe. I took it to the dealer who repaired, but I didn't know the floor had been compromised until it became soft. I cut the vinyl out of the living area and the luan was compromised. <p ="msonormal"="">One owner, no smoking, no pets, 2010 RPod 171 with all
maintenance up to date, and with all maintenance records and manuals. New wheel
bearings, wheels were repacked and sealed, and brakes adjusted July 2016. Tires
have 10,000 miles and includes Axle risers and 4 stabalizer jacks. All
appliances and equipment work, including a new Maxx Air fan and Maxx Air vent cover
installed July 2016. All cabinets and upholstery in excellent condition with no
rips or stains. The bathroom has never been used, neither the toilet nor the
shower. The kitchen stove and sink were only used twice and it is currently
winterized. It comes with an RDome in excellent condition and a camper cover.
This camper has a stationary 60”x74”Queen bed and a Dinette that folds into a 42”x74”
Super Single bed.<span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:107%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-fareast-font-family:Calibri;mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin;mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;mso-ansi-:EN-US;mso-fareast-: EN-US;mso-bidi-:AR-SA">The only problem with the camper is the subfloor
needs to be replaced or patched from a leak in plumbing pipe caulking that was repaired, and the decals on one side peeled
