Hi! Over two months ago, we moved up from a Teardrop to an R-pod 179. We couldn't be happier. We are enjoying the space and ability to stand up in our trailer now!! Couldn't do that with our teardrop! Our cat is happier too! Enjoy your POD-to-be!

Hello. I'm new to the forum. My wife and I are in the process of picking out a new trailer. We have a 2004 T@b that has seemed to shrink since we got another Golden Retriever that camps with us. We are wanting to stay on the small and light side and I'm confident that an R-pod will be perfect. We are leaning toward ordering a new 177. (The new blue graphics sealed the deal with my wife). I'm looking to add solar on the roof and am anxious to learn what mods veteran owners have done to improve on the design.

A quick question. If we order a new 177, will the factory do any modifications that are not on the price list? I'm wondering about wiring for solar, extra plugs or ???? I'm assuming no, but I thought I'd ask.
