Cut both top and bottom out of a tuna fish can ..(or any small,short can) and give it a good washing to get rid of any tuna flavor.<br><br>#2. Place tuna can "Ring" in a "medium hot", frying pan<br>#3. Drop a small "Dollop" of butter or margarine inside the ring.<br>#4. Crack one egg on top of butter<br>#5. Sprinkle cheese on top of egg<br>#6. Place a pre-cooked sausage patty on top of cheese <br><br>Cover fry pan ..(or not).. and cook on MEDIUM HEAT until egg is done and cheese is melted.. about 3 to 4 minutes.<br><br>Meanwhilehave your English muffin, Bagel or other type of muffin /roll in thetoaster or oven broiler to get nice and toasty brown while the egg iscooking.<br><br>Place finished egg pallet on roll with your favorite condiment.. mustard, mayonnaise, etc... <br><br>NOTE: ... Pre-cooked Bacon strip or Ham slice can be used instead of sausage..if desired..<br><br>The tuna can "Ring" can be washed and used over and over again..   </div>   <!-- google_ad_secti&#111;n_end -->   <!-- End Member Post -->  </td></tr></tr></t></table>]]>
