+1, sure it's not cooling, I think the alarm could be it thinks the door is not closed. There has been issues with the doorswitches in Dometics. I seem to recall a post on that from a time back. Google your issue. Thanks! I pulled the panel off and found no power to the plug. Checked the breakers and fuses, all OK. As I sat wondering what else it could be, I checked GFI....... And that was it!

You can pull off the lower vent cover and see if its plugged into the receptacle mounted to the wall.
