Sometimes it just takes getting used to everything and adjusting to the small space. Small campers have their advantages I think the greatest is that they are easy to tow and maneuver when parking. I agree with Leo B the dealer should have made the repairs before delivery.

    Author: chrisandl
Subject: 8041
Posted: 28 May 2016 at 3:23pm

We received our new rpod 178 on May 3rd. I am some what disappointed! We opened our pod to find saw dust, screws etc. on the floor. The outside light did not have a bulb in it, one of the speaker covers on the inside had a large dent in it and one of the led lights would not shut off. WE bought it at Jeff Couches, the price was right at $13,500. I will say that the people at Jeff Couches were helpful and took care of the matters in a timely matter. Now we have noticed that the hot water is not very hot. I have it set at both LP and shore power. I read here before that maybe the water valve is not opened all the way. Will try this. The quality is not great but I guess you get what you pay for. I love the pod and the r-dome has been great. We are here in Maine for the summer. The wife is not as much in love with it as I am, she says she has to get use to no closet space. I have built a 8x8 baby barn and have be using this for our clothes. We will get a shelter logic canopy to use for cooking etc. and to put her car in for the winter.
