I have some questions aboutthis R-pod and I figure this is the best place to start.
<p ="Msonormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: 12.6pt">We have begun renting travel trailers and RV's through RV sharerecently. This gives us an opportunity to try several different things beforewe purchase. In two weeks we will be renting our first R-pod. It is a 2010 173model. I have a 6500 watt generator with a 4 prong NEMA twist lock. pretty mucheverything we have ever seen has a standard 3 prong 30 amp twist lock shorepower hook up that allows us to hook up the generator.
<p ="Msonormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: 12.6pt">Here is my problem, the first time I lay eyes on this R-pod willbe the day I pick it up for the weekend. I keep seeing postings about chargingthe batteries. Do these units have a standard shore power hook up? Is there aproprietary cable specific only to these R-pods? I have the large adapter to gofrom a 30 amp 3 prong to my 4 prong, but do I need to purchase the 30 amp to 15amp for a standard household plug?
<p ="Msonormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: 12.6pt">Any help or photos of the hook ups and the cords needed would be much appreciated.
<p ="Msonormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: 12.6pt">Thank you in advance, and I hope y'all are having a great weekend!!
