Awesome!!! Thanks for all these pointers! I am going to check all those things! We have been searching for a used one for a while. Can't wait to start taking it out. Just look to make sure the seal has been maintained on anything that penetrates or exits the skin of the trailer. If you do find the seal is cracking here an there, check further for water damage if no water damage is evident then buy and reseal everything ASAP. Keeping the camper seal up to snuff is considered general maintenance that should be done at least twice a year. Good luck! Have Fun!

We have been searching for an r-pod high and low! Finally found the perfect (used) one. We should be finalizing the purchase by the weekend. Any advice on things we should check that might not be obvious before buying??? We can't wait to join the r-pod world and love all the info on these forums. Sorry if i've posted in the wrong place.
