I went to Longview in South Windsor when I had a warranty issue and they took care of it, no questions asked. We didn't buy from Hemlock Hill (Southington) because of the nasty attitude and wouldn't bring it there for service (and he wouldn't service it anyway). Longview has since become an r-pod dealer and their tune may have changed, but they took care of ours when I went in with that brake problem early on. You might want to inquire of them whether they service Forest River products under warranty that weren't purchased there. They used to.
