Then move your hand in the direction you want the pod to go.  Also remember it is better to pull forward a few feet and try again than steer harder and harder if you are missing your mark.  And never take your eye off of the pod - it can jackknife quicker than you think.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=5048" rel="nofollow">AmberKate</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7539<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08 Mar 2016 at 12:51pm<br /><br /><img src="http://www.rpod-owners.com/smileys/smiley16.gif" border="0" alt="Cool" title="Cool" />&nbsp;Hi Fellow Podders! &nbsp;I have had my R-pod 179 for a little less than a year and after a bumpy start (someone at the factory forgot a pressure washer on the inside cold water line which resulted in a slow flooding my brand new cabinets)&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>But I am off &amp; camping! &nbsp;Tennessee in the fall , The cool Florida springs in the blazing summer, just got back from Tallahassee with plans for Salt Springs in April &amp; then the Florida Caverns (yes, caves in Florida - who'd a thunk?) &nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Single &amp; camping with the dog... and the only real trouble I am still having is backing up the Pod by myself! &nbsp;Thank heavens for the innate kindness of my fellow campers who never fail to come to my aid in this endeavor! &nbsp;Still practicing - not giving up! &nbsp;You see I have never backed up a trailer in my life till a year ago so all in all its coming along - just like life a work in progress!</div><div><br></div><div>Wondering if any of the Podders out there belong to Sisters on the Fly &amp; if you could give me a review.</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks...</div><div><br></div>]]>
