National Monuments. All small cliff dwellings.

If you like barbecued ribs check out the barbecue place in downtown Williams AZ on Route 66. Great ribs. Williams is south of the Grand Canyon on old Route 66, off I 40 near the Jct of Hwy 64 that runs up to Grand Canyon. Supposedly the last section of Route 66 to be bypassed by I 40.
If you like airplanes there is the Planes of Fame museum half way up Hwy 64 to the Grand Canyon.

On the same trip on our way out we went through Zion, (the main part) and also Zion Kalob over on I 15 on our way to Vegas. A few years ago we stayed near Bryce Canyon Nat Park too. If you go anywhere near there take a ride on "Scenic Hwy 12". Hwy 12 is a great ride but would not be as much fun with a trailer. Lots of stuff to see in southern Utah too but the Colorado River makes it a long drive around.
