Excellent condition, we've had it 6 months and it was a one owner before that. Designed to sleep up to 4. The bunk beds in the front have been modified to a one bed unit that can sleep 2. There is a dinette in the rear that makes a queen bed. This camper is all furnished with fridge, stove, microwave, AC, furnace, sink, and hot water heater, CD/DVD/TV, includes the R Dome tent which has been used only once but is fantastic.  The camper weights only 2324 lbs empty.
