Dry that area with canned air, put dielectric grease on the plug, replace, snap cover back on.It's the "contacts" inside that connection, not the switch itself.<br>]]>

I don't see the switch contacts. Just 2 screws. Do I have to remove the screws to put the grease on the contacts?<br />On youtube I saw a video that removes the cover. The light is almost out when the door is closed.<br />I was told by the dealer there is a problem with the refrigerator when there is too much moisture. So far the only fix it is to unplug the cable connector behind the latch. The dealer talked to Dometic but they refuse to admit there is a problem.<br /><br />Anyone having this problem?<br />Is there a better fix since I loose the light when the cable is unplugged.<br />Thank you<br /><br /><br /> <img src="http://www.rpod-owners.com/smileys/smiley18.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
