Glad to hear you fixed it. The thermostat runs from the 12 volt system so the only way to remove all of the 12 volt power sources is to unplug the pod and disconnect the battery. Unplugged the RPod and it did not help.
Had to disconnect the battery and unplug and it cleared the E4 error message.

Sometimes it really is just a glitch of the t-stat.  A complete shutdown of power to the entire camper and then plugging back in will sometimes just clear the error code.  

This is the error code message for E4

Open circuit or out of range Outdoor Temperature Sensor (select models). Heat
Pump operation will be locked out. Air Conditioner, Fan and Furnace operation
can continue to operate.

Turned on my AC and am getting the E4 Error Message on my thermostat.
I have a 2015 RPod 178 and a 3 button thermostat.
Is this a warranty issue or can it be cleared.
