My Aliner has a sink that drains water right outside into a pail. That way, I can use water from a Coleman cooler and not worry about what falls into the sinK. I can still brush teeth and throw coffee down that sink and not worry about it. Now, with the Rpod, I'll need to be careful and use a dishpan in the sink once it's been winterized.
That's all...just venting a little.😀

The POD draws water directly from the external city water connection if it's connected. Doesn't need water in the tank. The external hose must be disconnected during freezing WX. As I recall all water pipes are all buried in the floor, not exposed to the outside, so they should be OK in moderately freezing temps.
Takes a while and coooold temps for real freeze to damage anything. If you are really concerned, I suggest a small heater, a bottle of wine, a significant other or cat or dog and enjoy the cool night!

fred

Without me in it? Who's to say it won't dip below freezing?? What do you people do?
