Just FYI, if your problem is under warranty, or not really, I would recommend taking it out to RV superstore in Pahrump, they are the ONLY dealer in NV that sells the R-pod so they are very familiar with the product since they see them daily. Also they are good with warranty work.<br /><br />I use them when I need them.<br />good luck!]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=3542" rel="nofollow">Jpntime</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6958<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 12 Nov 2015 at 10:07pm<br /><br />&nbsp;Just an update I pulled my trailer out to camping world of Las Vegas because it was down there one month and the person I dropped it off with would not even take his time to call Forest River for me and that was all he had to do was call and talk to see if they will warranty or not &nbsp; I even gave him the phone number and the contact information of the person he needed to talk to but I guess he was just too busy for me to make a phone call so I went there and &nbsp;picked it up I could only imagine how long it would take if they actually had to work on it&nbsp;<img src="http://www.rpod-owners.com/smileys/smiley21.gif" border="0" alt="Thumbs Down" title="Thumbs Down" />&nbsp; Pretty upset with camping world but I'm sure forest river was going to take care of it so very pleased with the response I got from Forest River but for now I'm going to try to fix it myself and hope the side don't fall off &nbsp;just a side note that other dealer that dealt with Forest River products wouldn't even take it here in the Las Vegas area&nbsp;]]>

First Time for a long trip like that on the rough &nbsp;highways and freeways obviously something is not aligned right and when it flexes a little bit it pulled the screws right out of the wood they screwed it into&nbsp;<img src="http://www.rpod-owners.com/smileys/smiley13.gif" border="0" alt="Disapprove" title="Disapprove" />&nbsp;It &nbsp;even tour the &nbsp;aluminum rock shield apart&nbsp;]]>
