    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=4336" rel="nofollow">Up the Pitt</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6675<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 22 Jul 2015 at 12:07am<br /><br />That's cool, Doug. &nbsp;My husband is from the area around Niagara Falls, Canada (Thorold, Ontario), and my late mother-in-law lived in Niagara Falls. &nbsp;I wish we'd had the R-Pod in those days - that's beautiful country. &nbsp;<div><br></div><div>In other news, we picked up our new R-Pod 179 this afternoon, and spent several hours at the dealers doing the walk-through. &nbsp;There's a lot to learn, but we already feel pretty comfortable with it, and my husband did a great job of driving it home. &nbsp;One thing we did notice: the RP 179 is a lot bigger and heavier than we were expecting (we knew it's weight on paper, but not what that would feel like dragging on the end of our Nissan Frontier).&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Really looking forward to getting to know you and the rest of the R-Pod owners forum better! &nbsp;Happy trails!</div><div><br></div><div>Deborah&nbsp;</div>]]>

My husband &amp; I are off tomorrow afternoon to pick up our 2016 RP 179 from Traveland in Abbotsford, BC. &nbsp;So excited! &nbsp;We're still working full time, so it'll be weekend trips for us until October, when we're planning a week away in Washington State. &nbsp;In the meantime, we've just booked a night at a nearby campground so we can at least take the new 179 out and play with it a bit!<div><br></div><div>Looking forward to getting to know some of you better, and so glad to have found this forum - it's already answered many of our questions.</div><div><br></div><div>Cheers,</div><div><br></div><div>Deborah&nbsp;<img src="http://www.rpod-owners.com/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /></div><div><br></div>]]>
