Welcome to the forum.

 We also have a 173 model and love it.  It was one of the fewer produced models in the R Pod line.

It is a great travel trailer for the 2 of us.  We use it mostly for longer trips  of several weeks.  the 173 has a lot of possibilities for personalizing it with modifications to suit you.  check through the past forum postings and you will find a lot of information.

We are proud new owners of a 2010 R-Pod Model 173, our tow vehicle is a 2014 Toyota Venza AWD with a 3.5 V6 and I am also using a weight distribution hitch, electric brake controller and factory tow package.. My first tow was 300kms and it was quite windy that day but the Pod hauled along 90-100 kms an hour without any trouble. Gas consumption almost doubled when towing.
