We may visit friends in Poland, ME in August. We don't know anything about this part of Maine. We're headed to Camden Hills on August 7th, first time camping there, usually camp at Sea Wall at Acadia.

There is the Lobster shack and Allison's Kennebunk both are exc\ellent and have quite a rivalry between them. We will be at Camden Hills State campground Aug 26 - 29. First time in Maine in the pod, been in that area 3 times in 20 yrs in motels.Would prefer after labor day but may come back in October.

Will be trying saltwater fishing (from shore) and maybe some freshwater also. Any recommendations for  lobster shacks in the area?
