we ended up at 14,200 fully loaded for a brand new one. This was last Aug. The only thing it didn't come with was the keyless entry and off road tires (but it still had the raised axle which I think is better than the tires)
Then delivery was about $2200 to Nevada. We budgeted about 18K so it worked.
Couches was pretty good to deal with but you have to make them document everything, especially if you are dealing over the phone. I had to ask many times for a list of what it came with before I signed anything.

Great questions, It reminds me of when we were looking for our camper. It took us a year of looking at various trailers and even though the Livin lite was my first choice, the Pod was just as good in my opinion.
We liked the tent the best because of the space inside when the bed is out. It does great in all weather too. We usually put the table outside and use a small TV table inside. I get a lot of questions about using it with the bed closed. And yes, you can still sleep and eat/sit at the dinette with the bed closed.
I can't believe Forest River doesn't offer this on the west coast. We got ahold of Couches in Ohio and even with the delivery fee we were under budget for the whole package.
The Xterra tows it great. She is a little old (200k miles) but I keep it in great shape. It's not the best over mountain passes at high altitude but it does fine. I haven't done any mods to the TV at all except a transmission cooler. So how do you like the 176T.....??? 
Don't see much posted on here about that model.
I had been considering a hybrid-type trailer, but I didn't even get to look at a 176T,
because they are "special-order" only here in the west.
I see your T.V. is an Xterra, do you use mirror extensions?
I bought some for mine, but returned them, never used. 
I found that the Xterra being somewhat wide, and the Rpod being somewhat narrow,
I really didn't need them, just can't see straight out the back of course.
