This was last Aug. The only thing it didn't come with was the keyless entry and off road tires (but it still had the raised axle which I think is better than the tires)
Then delivery was about $2200 to Nevada. We budgeted about 18K so it worked.
Couches was pretty good to deal with but you have to make them document everything, especially if you are dealing over the phone. I had to ask many times for a list of what it came with before I signed anything.

Spring Mountains, Las Vegas : Great questions, It reminds me...

It took us a year of looking at various trailers and even though the Livin lite was my first choice, the Pod was just as good in my opinion.
We liked the tent the best because of the space inside when the bed is out. It does great in all weather too. We usually put the table outside and use a small TV table inside. I get a lot of questions about using it with the bed closed. And yes, you can still sleep and eat/sit at the dinette with the bed closed.
I can't believe Forest River doesn't offer this on the west coast. We got ahold of Couches in Ohio and even with the delivery fee we were under budget for the whole package.
The Xterra tows it great. She is a little old (200k miles) but I keep it in great shape. It's not the best over mountain passes at high altitude but it does fine. I haven't done any mods to the TV at all except a transmission cooler. Probably going to get a new vehicle in the next few years.
