    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=2882" rel="nofollow">johnmaci</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6192<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 12 Dec 2015 at 12:04pm<br /><br />When I bought my TT, I was happy about having a toilet until I found out about the maintenance and dumping :( (and since we always dry camp, having to find a dump station is just not convenient).<br>Most places we've been have public restrooms with showers, and during the nighttime, we use a luggable loo for midnight runs.<br>With that said, I found this interesting solution (if a bit pricey) that is sold at Home Depot to replace my unused toilet. I can also get a waste gate valve and nearly double my gray tank capacity by not using the blank tank for sewage. <br>Anyone here have any experience with this?<br>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ia4-U9lZChk<br><br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=217" rel="nofollow">techntrek</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6192<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10 May 2015 at 8:00pm<br /><br />Yup, those indicators are useless on the black tank (and for the battery), might work on the gray tank and should work on the fresh tank. &nbsp;Make sure your black tank is at least 2/3 full before dumping. &nbsp;The easiest way to know your black tank is full is you'll start to see it rise up in the tube below the toilet. &nbsp;You'll get one more flush before you are full.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=3866" rel="nofollow">jstoy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6192<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10 May 2015 at 4:02pm<br /><br />We had a great overnight. &nbsp;Love the R dome. &nbsp;Dogs loved the R dome. &nbsp;Backed up into the spot no problem.<div>Everything worked well on the Pod. &nbsp;The only problem is that after one flush the black water tank read full. &nbsp;I am assuming there is a sensor problem cause i looked down and saw nothing. &nbsp;The lesson learned was at the dump station, &nbsp;we decided to dump the black and grey water as we bought it used and was not sure if the previous owner left us with a full black water, the dumping was not an issue but I forgot to push the lever back in before I disconnected the hose. &nbsp;</div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=3866" rel="nofollow">jstoy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6192<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08 May 2015 at 2:39pm<br /><br />So Tomorrow is our first time taking the Pod out for camping. &nbsp;Spent the last few days putting things in the pod. &nbsp;We are are heading out about 6 am and should get to the campsite around 9 am. &nbsp;Just in time for everyone to be waking up and watching me attempt to back into the site. &nbsp;Last weekend we took the Pod to a local high school parking lot and practiced backing up. &nbsp;I actually made it into my drive way on the first attempt. &nbsp;Hope my TRA (trailer Reversing Anxiety) does not get the better of me tomorrow. &nbsp;<div><br></div><div>Thanks to all for the numerous tips posted on this forum. &nbsp;Can't wait to report back on Sunday night how it went. &nbsp;All I can say is that it has to be easier than carrying 35 pounds of gear on your back, walking 10 miles &nbsp;and sleeping on the ground.<img src="https://www.rpod-owners.com/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" /></div>]]>
