Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and a first time owner. Last fall I purchased a new 2014 179 at an end of the season sale. The day I bought it, I took it directly to winter storage and took it out of storage just a few days ago. I've been perusing the forum and have noticed mention of the r-dome and the 179. I purchased the r-dome last fall and it's still new in the box. My question is: Has anyone purchased the new r-dome that has recently came out specifically made for the 179? If so, is it significantly different than the standard r-dome? Do you like it? Does it fit better? Who makes it, if not Dometic? Any pictures available anywhere? I've seen that others have been unsuccessful in exchanging their r-dome for the new one, but if the new one is going to be a better fit, I think I'm going to give it my best effort.
