We just picked up our 179 at Couch's on Monday. Everybody there was very friendly & professional. We were very impressed that Jeff Couch was greeting customers as they came into the showroom. 

We had a 10 AM appointment. We went in expecting to have to wait for everything to be prepared. WRONG!! They were totally ready. Our Pod was in the service center, washed & ready to go. They even Armor-all'ed the tires. The tech doing the demo was very thorough covering absolutely everything. He was also very patient with our questions. They also had the E-2 hitch we had purchased, assembled & ready to install.

The 8 hour drive from Virginia was really worth the $avings & excellent service we got.

Though I did not end up buying the mid-West (due to transport costs), I want to give praise to:

Mark Boesen at Collier's RV - he was helpful without a lot of pressure when I was researching and trying to compare benefits and costs of buying in the mid-west and shipping to California.

Ray Crain at Couch's RV Nation - he was also very helpful and quick to respond to questions.
