A beach parking pass can be had almost anywhere in town for $12.00 good for the calendar year. The pass allows you to camp on the beach for 3 consecutive nights, repeatable every three weeks, all year long. We dump our tanks at the State Park 12 miles down the road. Port Aransas, nearby, has great seafood places and Corpus Christi isn't too far away if you feel the need for a little more of an urban environment.</div><div><br></div><div>And South Padre Island is pretty popular with Winter Texans, but that's an awfully long drive.</div>]]>
