When retracting our slideout the top of the unit hits before the bottom. The motor strains but still pulls the bottom in completely until it seals and the ratchet sounds. Do all slide-outs operate like ours or should the seal hit top and bottom at the same time? Is there any adjustment if needed? Any info would be appreciated.]]>
