I think that small retractable ladder is the answer to our problem and likely better than having FR install a ladder on it because we can place the ladder where we need it to be to reach over the AC and antenna.]]>

Hairline fracture so not a surgical candidate. 6 weeks in a wheelchair instead. <br /><br />So +1 to LA, height isn't the issue, getting the right ladder for the job and using it properly and with deliberation is. I can't imagine a reason I would ever again get on a ladder that was not actually fit for purpose. There's nothing on top of an rpod that's worth breaking a hip or dying for.]]>

It has already been done and no wieght is distributed to the roof, metal framing is just welded/bolted to the frame up sidewall and built platform on top, im sure it can be done if not alraedy done by someone with a simular&nbsp;trailer or even rpod]]>

Our Vibe does not have one and I think teckntrek may have said it best that lite weight campers generally do not. The Lance trailers are the only fairly lite trailers I can think of with a ladder. It would be nice for washing the camper but I think a folding step ladder would make more sense or like as been mentioned a vehicle parked a long side.]]>
