Wouldn't be right without showing the finish. Finished after 16 hours on smoker last night. Just got to wrap it, write a nice card and give it to wife for her 60th party! That's love! Can you think of a better present?! Smile

 Just had to share. Gonna be my best pork butt yet!

Can't find the smell button in the post editor. You'll just have to trust me. It smells like.....victory!!

Eight hours in. About four more to go to get the bark just right. OK, everybody back to work.
