We just put up the top and sides and it keeps the rain away from the windows. It's only a few minute setup if you don't fuss with all the trimmings. I made a door holder with a pvs pipe and a bungee cord to keep the door at 90º so it will stay put.<br>]]>

My husband retires next year and we would like to to do some traveling in Canada and USA. &nbsp; We bought a 2010 171 rpod in May.&nbsp; Have had it out&nbsp;3 times and&nbsp; and will be camping Thanksgiving weekend.&nbsp; Love it.&nbsp; Very well made.&nbsp; The rpod forum is a wonderful idea.&nbsp;&nbsp; We had a few issues and found the answers on the Forum.&nbsp; That is a great resource.&nbsp; Only problem so far is that when it rains&nbsp; the windows cannot be open.&nbsp; We use to have a camper that they would flip out.&nbsp;&nbsp; It would be nice if even one window would open out.&nbsp; <br><br>ThePines<br>]]>
