We put a large square of galvanized steel behind our stove and sink. I sprayed a light cream base colour on it and was going to paint it to match the wallpaper exactly but G preferred how the cream colour brightened up the area so I left it.  We put various magnetic spice jars directly on it, plus a locker mirror and a magnetic holder for our Mighty Bright reading light so it can double as a task light when dry camping.

I originally hand wanted to put mirror tiles up on the wall with command strips to visually enhance the space but a test run with a spare mirror from the house just showed  us that all it did was reflect the mess back to us Tongue

I put a few of these sticky squares on the wall behind sink and stove...remove backing and just stick to the wall. Other styles available too.

You also did what I am the process of doing...changing the sink and faucet out. I installed a piece of clear plexiglass as a backsplash.  It was relatively inexpensive and easy

Our RP 175 had an Atwood 2 burner stove. If that's the stove they're still installing, they make a nice stove cover with splash sides. It worked great for us. You can find it on Amazon--Atwood 56458.
