If it's dead, try the recharge mentioned above. If the battery checks greater than 12 volts check the converter. The converter has two large fuses to protect against reverse connection. If the battery was connected backwards, even for an instant during installation, the fuses will be blown and the battery will neither charge nor discharge. The FR color coding is confusing to some so it may have been hooked up wrong at some time. That's what walk-throughs are for.<br></font>]]>

This should allow the converter to charge your battery. If your battery is completely dead, it will take a while. <br><br>BUT it seems strange that a pod came from the dealer with a dead battery.. did you get a walk through at delivery? If so, did the stuff all work then?<br>]]>
