    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=1014" rel="nofollow">Camper Bob</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5106<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03 Aug 2014 at 5:42pm<br /><br />In my opinion our 171 was delivered with a mattress that was so thin that we gave it away before we ever used it. &nbsp;Much of the wisdom regarding the mattress is such that we opted for a mattress from Camping World. &nbsp;Never looked back even though the minority on this board still like theirs. &nbsp;Glad their happy, but didn't do it for us. &nbsp;It is a pillow top and runs about $350 and comes rolled up. &nbsp;Take it into your Pod and open it in place. &nbsp;Otherwise you will have a wrestling match on your hands. &nbsp;Prior to our purchasing our 171 we read many of the suggestions, and many were very negative about the mattress. &nbsp;If you are comfortable on it, so be it. &nbsp;If not read what many many others have suggested and replace it immediately. &nbsp;Safe Travels.]]>
