I know it's a bit controversial but we carry the genny in the back of the TV under cover (Yamaha Cover). Never even noticed it the entire trip. It had a full tank when we left and 3/4+ when we we returned. I used it for a total of two hours maybe, if that. My battery setup was a pleasant surprise - dual 230 AH GC2s. The longest dry camp we did on this trip was five nights and batteries did just fine. We are careful and spent most of the time exploring outside of the pod. No Television but did run CPAP 12v. every night. The only reason I even fired up the genny was for wife's hair dryer - really. They are clean and private as is the entire campground and park. A stay at Jedediah must include a walk through the Stout Memorial Grove just across the footbridge on the Smith River.
