A big shout out to Jan and Jim Collins, Camp Hosts at Bluebell Campground in Custer State Park, South Dakota.

I needed another board to level. No problem. Jim had a bunch. He had an extra length of fresh water hose too, if we needed it to fill tank. We wanted a few tourist tips. Jan had the best! The bath house facilities were the cleanest and best kept of any campground we stayed. Campfire talks were great too!

We had to leave a day early (2 instead of three nights). I mentioned it to Jan and she got on the phone with the reservation system and got me a full refund. Taught me that you tell them you are "shortening your stay", not canceling a night. 

And they did it all with smiles and friendliness. Jan and Jim Collins - camp hosts @ Bluebell Campground in Custer State Park, South Dakota. We will return.
